All purchases from Hen and Chic Vintage, LLC through our website (https://www.henandchicvintage.com) and third-party platforms (Etsy, eBay, Poshmark, Square, Facebook, Venmo, and others) are subject to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and Shipping & Returns Policy.

2. Eligibility

  • All vintage, antique, and handmade items are sold “AS IS” – We describe condition accurately, but vintage items may show natural wear consistent with age.

  • Colors/sizes may vary slightly due to screen settings and photography.

  • Prices, availability, and product details are subject to change without notice.

  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, limit quantities, or cancel orders (e.g., fraud suspicion, stock issues, errors) at our discretion.

4. Orders and Payment

Accepted payments: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, and platform-specific options (Etsy Payments, etc.).

  • All payments in U.S. dollars; sales tax added as required by law.

  • Orders are not final until payment clears and we confirm shipment.

  • We may refuse service or cancel orders in our sole discretion.

5. Shipping and Returns

  • 7-day return window for eligible items (unused, original condition)

  • No returns on soaps, lip balms, beauty/personal-care products

  • No exchanges due to uniqueness of vintage/antique items

  • Return shipping costs non-refundable

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, product photos, descriptions, and branding belong to Hen and Chic Vintage, LLC or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use commercially without written consent.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Shipping delays or carrier issues

Maximum liability = amount you paid us in the prior 6 months.

9. Third-Party Platforms

Purchases through Etsy, eBay, Poshmark, etc. are also subject to those platforms’ terms. Hen and Chic Vintage is not responsible for their policies, practices, or technical issues.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

Governing law: Laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA.

Resolution process:

  1. Email us at info@henandchicvintage.com to resolve issues (we aim to respond within 1 business day)

  2. Informal negotiation for 30 days if needed

  3. Binding arbitration in Chester County, PA under AAA Consumer Rules (no class actions)

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted on our site. Continued purchases after changes mean you accept the new Terms.
