Refund and Returns Policy

Hen and Chic Vintage, LLC is committed to clear refund and return policies. Here’s what you should know:

1. Overview

All terms in this policy are at the sole discretion of Hen and Chic Vintage, LLC. We aim to have happy customers and will do our best to resolve issues on a case‑by‑case basis. If you have a concern, please contact us at info@henandchicvintage.com before or instead of returning an item.

Our return window is 7 days from the date of delivery. If more than 7 days have passed since your purchase arrived, we cannot offer a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging. We reserve the right to deny a return if the item shows signs of use, wear, or damage not caused by us.

Because of the uniqueness of vintage and antique items, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to acquire a different item, you may return an eligible item within the 7‑day window and then place a new order.


2. Items With No Return Policy

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • All soaps and handmade skincare products (including bar soaps and liquid soaps)
  • Lip balms and similar personal‑care or beauty items

These items are considered final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or credit. However, if you have a concern about the product (for example, visible defect on arrival), please contact us at info@henandchicvintage.com and describe the issue. We will do our best to help you find a resolution under the circumstances.

Other items that may be marked as “final sale” on the product page (such as certain collectibles) are also not eligible for return.

Eligible returns (outside of the no‑return products above) must:

  • Have been received within the last 7 days.
  • Be unused and in original condition.
  • Be in the original packaging with all tags and labels.

Please do not send items back to the manufacturer; all returns should be sent to our return address below.
